All our attar bottles come with a roller-ball. We recommend applying the roller to eight pulse points directly on your skin by swiping twice on each pulse points. Start by rubbing a small amount on the wrists of both hands. Next, apply it to the area where your neck meets your chest, followed by a small amount on the inner elbow joints of both arms. Finally, swipe the roller and apply it to both sides of your neck behind your ears, as well as where your neck meets your shoulders.

If you apply our attar to 8 pulse points each day, five days a week, you can expect a 3ml bottle to last approximately 6 months. A 6ml bottle will last for about a year.

Apply it once a day on 8 pulse points (chest, both wrists, inside corner of both elbows, both sides of neck and under the chin).
